Starting on Wednesday, 8th January, at 7:15 pm, this Absolute Beginner Pole Dance Course is perfect for those completely new to pole dancing and ready to embark on an exciting and empowering fitness journey. Your instructor, Marusya, brings years of experience and boundless enthusiasm to create a welcoming, supportive environment for every student. What to Expect: • Duration: An 8-week course with one 55-minute session per week, giving you plenty of time to learn and master new moves at your own pace. • No Experience Needed: This course is designed for absolute beginners—no dance or fitness background is required. Your instructor will guide you step-by-step to ensure you feel comfortable and confident. • Essential Skills: Over the eight weeks, you’ll learn basic grips, spins, and transitions, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and coordination—all while having fun. • Community Atmosphere: Join a supportive group of fellow beginners and experience the joy of learning together. Our classes are inclusive and open to everyone. Course Structure: Week 1: Getting Started • Introduction to the basics of pole dancing. • Learn fundamental grips, spins, and safety tips. Week 2: Foundations of Movement • Practice beginner spins and transitions. • Build strength and confidence with guided exercises. Week 3: Refining Basics • Perfect your spins and transitions. • Introduction to simple and elegant floor work. Week 4: Connecting Moves • Combine basic moves into fluid combinations. • Focus on smooth transitions and balance. Week 5: First Routine • Learn a beginner-friendly routine incorporating the skills you’ve mastered. • Receive personalised feedback to build your confidence. Week 6: Building Strength and Control • Explore intermediate spins and static holds. • Work on improving flexibility and body control. Week 7: Creativity and Expression • Develop musicality and personal style in your movements. • Incorporate creative transitions into your routine. Week 8: Showcase and Celebrate • Perform your routine in a supportive and celebratory atmosphere. • Reflect on your progress and celebrate with your classmates!
