Starting on Friday, May 2nd, at 5:15 pm, This course is designed for those ready to build upon their foundational pole dance skills and delve deeper into the sensual and empowering world of exotic pole flow. Your instructor, brings years of professional experience and a radiant smile to every class. With her expert guidance and enthusiastic approach, Marusya will help you refine your skills and explore the art of exotic movement in a supportive and empowering environment. What to Expect: • An 8-week course with one 55-minute session each week. • Open Level: Suitable for students without prior experience in pole dance. • Progressive Learning: Focus on advancing skills while revisiting key foundational techniques. • Supportive Community: Learn in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Course Structure: Week 1: Refresh & Warm-Up • Review foundational exotic moves, grips, and spins. • Warm-up exercises tailored to prepare for intermediate transitions and techniques. Week 2: Advancing Flow & Transitions • Practice more complex exotic transitions and low-flow sequences. • Emphasis on fluidity, timing, and sensuality. Week 3: Floor Work Extensions • Explore advanced floor work techniques and transitions to and from the pole. • Focus on precision, control, and flexibility. Week 4: Dynamic Spins & Holds • Introduce pre-intermediate spins and static holds. • Work on adding drama and elegance to your flow. Week 5: Routine Refinement • Start building a longer, cohesive routine incorporating pole and floor work. • Learn tips for adding personal flair and confidence to your movements. Week 6: Strength & Grace • Focus on improving stamina and fluidity in extended sequences. • Introduce exotic spins and tricks to challenge your skills. Week 7: Choreography & Interpretation • Learn to combine choreography with musical expression. • Tailor movements to your unique style and explore creative storytelling through dance. Week 8: Showcase & Celebration • Perform your polished routine in a supportive and empowering showcase. What to Bring: • Comfortable workout clothes (shorts and a tank top/sports bra are ideal). • Long socks/Pole Heels (optional). • A bottle of water to stay hydrated. • Enthusiasm to grow and have fun! All our courses are 1 person per pole. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes.

Cancellation Policy 1. Course Registration and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the 6-week course. 2. Pre-Course Cancellation: You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours before the first class for a full refund. 3. Post-Start Cancellation: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. *Note: Lead instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances, prior commitments, or illness. When necessary, a qualified substitute will cover to ensure the course runs smoothly without disruption. By booking, students agree to participate regardless of instructor changes. **All jewellery that comes in contact with the pole (rings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to the equipment and avoid potential injury.
